Questions
Do I need a referral to start?
Not to book an initial assessment. If you have test results or a doctor’s note, bring them to the appointment, because they help with planning.
How long is the first visit?
About 50 minutes: history, a movement examination, a first treatment and a talk about the plan.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes that leave the area free. Bring test results, earlier notes and a list of your medication, if any.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem and your goal. After the assessment we will give you an approximate number and review it as you go.
Can I change or cancel an appointment?
Yes, up to 12 hours before it starts, from the booking page or by phone, at no charge.
Will I get a receipt for my insurer?
Every visit has a proper receipt. If your insurance plan covers physiotherapy, you can submit it there.
